Under PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, 80 crore beneficiaries get 5 kg free grain per person per month.

Key government schemes for women in 2026 include: PM Ujjwala Yojana (free LPG gas connection for BPL women), PM Matru Vandana Yojana (₹5,000 for pregnant women), Beti Bachao Beti Padhao + Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana (8.2% savings for girl child), Mahila Samman Savings Certificate (7.5% interest for 2 years), and Lakhpati Didi Yojana (SHG support for 3 crore women).
